Witnesses of Jehovah Film

The film above exposes all the falsehoods, false prophecies and dark secrets of the Jehovah’s Witness Religion.
The Bible teaches us that in the last days there will be an increase of false prophets, false teachers and doctrines that will mislead many -not only a revival of God’s truth as the Jehovah’s Witnesses believe:

Matthew 7:15-18
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
2 Timothy 4:3
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

The Jehovah’s Witness religion’s history is riddled with unfulfilled prophecies, false date setting and deceptions that are not in line with God. The false prophecies in particular outlined by this film clearly prove that the prophets of the Jehovah’s Witnesses are not speaking on God’s behalf. The Bible teaches that God never changes:

Numbers 23:19
God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Isaiah 55:11
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Yet the prophecies of the Jehovah’s Witnesses always changes. It is obvious that the false prophecies of the Jehovah’s Witnesses are nothing more than the theories, philosophies and conjectures of men:

Colossians 2:8
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Yes, the Bible tells us that there will be a rise in false prophets, but that is not all, the End Times will be characterized by a rise of “damnable heresies” and people will deny the Lord Jesus Christ:

1 John 2:22
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
2 Peter 2:1
But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord (Jesus) that brought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

How can people deny Christ? Simply by attacking His nature – His divine nature. The Jehovah’s Witness’ bible, the New World Translation, has been changed in several verses with the intent of removing or diminishing the verses that support Jesus’ divinity:

1) Jesus is one with His Father
2) Jesus was not a created being
3) Salvation is reserved to God alone
4) Only God Can Judge and Forgive Sins
5) There can be only one Alpha and Omega!
6) Trinity is a valid doctrine in the Bible

1) Jesus is one with His Father

Isaiah 63:16
Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O LORD, art our father, our redeemer; thy name is from everlasting.

Who is the “LORD,” this “father,” and this “redeemer?” This is obviously God, correct! Well if Jesus Christ was just archangel Michael then why does Isaiah describes him as being “the Mighty God” below?:

Isaiah 9:6
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

The Prophet Isaiah points that the Messiah is God. This idea is only reinforced when one compares Isaiah 9:6 with what Jesus Himself says:

Matthew 23:9
And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is you Father, which is in heaven.

Jesus said call no man your father, yet Isaiah 9:6 clearly describes Jesus as “The Everlasting Father?” How can this be? The only explanation is that Jesus had to be one with our Heavenly Father. In fact Jesus Himself declared this quite often and angered the spiritual leaders of His day:

John 10:30-33
I and my Father are one.
Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

2) Jesus was not a created being
The punishment for sin is described as eternal separation from God, death and destruction:

2 Thessalonians 1:8-9
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

If the penalty for sin is eternal separation and death as the Bible says, then how can Jesus be with His Father now in heaven if He paid this price? The simple answer is this: To pay the price of an infinite penalty such as the sins of the entire world (for past, present and future sinners), it will require the death of an infinite being; God Himself. A created being, like the other Jesus Christ of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, can never pay such a penalty. This simple logic shatters any idea of Jesus being a mere created and finite being:

John 1:1-3, 14
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Micah 5:2
But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

3) Salvation is reserved to God alone
The Bible consistently describes God as being our Savior and Redeemer:

Isaiah 47:4
As for our redeemer, the LORD of hosts is his name, the Holy One of Israel.
Isaiah 44:6
Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

In fact God Himself goes on to say this:

Isaiah 48:11
For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.

Now let us examine the following scriptures carefully:

Isaiah 59:16
And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore HIS ARM brought SALVATION unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
Isaiah 63:5
And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore MINE OWN ARM brought SALVATION unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.
Isaiah 41:10
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the RIGHT HAND of my righteousness.

The three scriptures above maintain the theme that God’s “arm” or “hand” literally brings salvation. In the scriptures it also implies a distinction between the “hand” from God yet it still remains one with God. I will go as far to say that this “hand” or “arm” is the Messiah, Jesus Christ. Jesus is the one who is the Savior. Jesus actually describes Himself as being “one” with His Father in the same sense:

John 17:21
That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

Jesus is indeed one with God the Father. Just as a cat can only give birth to another cat, the same is true for God His Son, Jesus Christ, is nothing less than God.

4) Only God Can Judge and Forgive Sins
Only God has the authority to forgive sins no one else. Not even a created being has this power:

Micah 7:18-19
Who is a God like unto thee, that pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retains not his anger for ever, because he delights in mercy.
He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
Isaiah 33:22
For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; he will save us.
Jeremiah 17:10
I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Yet for some odd reason Jesus in the New Testament can forgive sins and the Bible goes as far to say that Jesus will judge all of mankind one day:

Luke 5:20-21
And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.
And the scribes and Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?
Matthew 16:27
For the Son of man (Jesus) shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

I have a question. If Jesus is just only a man or a mighty angel, how can he judge all mankind from past, present and future of their works? He must be all knowing to be able to judge fairly. Only God is all knowing, therefore Jesus must be God!

5) There can be only one Alpha and Omega!
The New World Translation has been changed quite a lot to eliminate Jesus deity, but as a former Jehovah’s Witness myself, I personally stumbled upon this point in that Bible translation and from then I began questioning the Jehovah’s Witnesses teachings. Jesus, near the opening of the Book of Revelation describes Himself as:

Revelation 1:8
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord (Jesus), which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

But then God Almighty; Our Heavenly Father who sits on the throne says near the end of the Book of Revelation says:

Revelation 21:6-7
And he (the Father) said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

There can’t be two individuals claiming to be the “Alpha and Omega” that is a title which is restricted to only one being: God Almighty. This fact is further supported by the words of Prophet Isaiah in the scripture below which describes God as more than one being (plural) yet united as one “Alpha and Omega” or “First and Last”:

Isaiah 44:6
Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

6) Trinity is a valid doctrine in the Bible
God Almighty Himself tells us that for any judgement to be made there must be at least two or three witnesses:

Deuteronomy 19:15
One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

This is no different for God, our Judge and Ruler. The Bible says that He exists in three beings yet act as one God much like a tribunal of three judges:

1 John 5:7
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
Matthew 28:19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Many of you reading this may wonder: If Jesus is God well why did He never openly say that He is God? Well He did openly say that He is God several times in a way that was relevant to the context of His time on Earth. In fact, this was the very reason why He was crucified by the Pharisees, because He claimed to be God quite often in the scriptures. Jesus claimed to be God, by claiming to be the voice of the burning bush in Exodus 3:14, the Pharisees, who knew the scriptures well, tried to kill Him because they realized that He was blaspheming by claiming to be God:

John 8:58-59
Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I AM.
Then took they (Pharisees) up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.
Exodus 3:14
And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

If you have any more questions concerning the New World Translation versus King James Bible debate on the divinity of Jesus Christ, you may learn more here. I hope that many eyes even those  who are not Jehovah’s witnesses or Christians will be opened to the reality that the Bible claims that Jesus is God. If this blessed you, please share this with every Jehovah’s Witness you know. May the Lord continue to strengthen you and reveal Himself to you through the scriptures. After all, Jesus said:

John 5:39
Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
John 17:3
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
John 14:1
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
